HealthOS / Your information

Your data controls

Last updated: 25 October 2026

You choose which account HealthOS connects to, and you remain in control of your local history.

Connect only the account you intend to use

HealthOS requests read-only Google Health access through Google’s consent flow. Check the selected account before continuing. Google Health permission does not also grant Drive or Sheets access.

Stop future Google access

  1. Open Google Account third-party connections.
  2. Select the Google account you used with HealthOS.
  3. Find HealthOS and remove its connection or access.

The next application sync will need authorisation again. Revoking access does not delete records that were already downloaded.

Delete existing copies

The current build keeps its database, exports and backups on the owner’s Mac. Close HealthOS before removing the corresponding files. Delete the working records and any separate exports or backups you no longer want. If cloud storage is later enabled, review and delete the cloud copies separately as well.

For help locating or removing your copies, contact lecreati@gmail.com. Never send an OAuth token, password or database by email.

Understand what was recorded

Wearable activity and manual practice confirmations are separate records. A missing date or measurement remains unknown. The app’s local history may include records retained from a previously connected source even after that source has been disabled.

Cloud exports

Drive and Sheets synchronisation is not currently enabled by this website. If configured in the future, it will use the account and destination explicitly selected by the owner. An export is a separate copy; removing one copy does not automatically remove another.
