This website introduces the HealthOS personal macOS project and explains its data practices. It does not offer an app download, account registration or a paid service.

Personal wellbeing information

HealthOS organises recorded activity, sleep, nutrition, weight and personal practice history. Device measurements may be incomplete, delayed or estimated. The application is not a medical device or a service for diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical care.

Availability

This is a personal-use project. Features and data availability depend on the current application build, connected services, permissions and device records. No continuous availability or completeness of third-party data is promised. This site does not grant access to another person’s records.

Third-party services

Google Health, Fitbit, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Cloudflare are services or marks of their respective owners. HealthOS is independent and is not endorsed by Google or Fitbit. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policies.
